OTM (Of the Month) awards are ways RHA, but mostly NRHH, use to provide recognition for wonderful things within the residence halls! You can write an OTM about anything: a program, a hall government member, an advisor, even the person who wrapped your burrito at Big Mouth! There are many categories of OTMs – with their descriptions listed here in this link: http://otms.nrhh.org/category_descriptions.php. OTMs are due on the 5th of every month. For example, an OTM written about something in November would be due on the 5th of December by midnight.

OTMs are submitted on the OTM Website, otm.nrhh.org. On the left side of the page, you will find links for submitting OTMs labeled “General Category” and “Program Category.” OTMs have a short word limit of 600 words, and they are a fun and easy way to recognize all of the great events and people on campus. If you have any more questions about OTMs please email the president of NRHH, Kyle Steinhauer, at ksteinha@uoregon.edu. Happy writing!
