Proposed Budget

General Fund

  • Estimating $1000 less in General Fund due to lower occupancy.
  • Created the new sub-category of “Outreach”
  • Added $550 for RHA News

Capital Improvement Fund

  • Almost tripled due to last year’s budget surplus.

Leadership Fund

  • Quadrupled due to increased revenue from summer fund-raising to almost $10,000.
  • Allocation of $2250 to leadership training
  • $1000 for the this year’s training Retreat
  • $317 for Leadership Opportunity Advertisements
  • $795 for leadership investments including: Capital Improvements & Office Improvements.
  • Conference Funds have been redistributed, due to the fact we do not have to fly to NACURH this year.
  • $800 has been allocated to the Oregon Residence Hall Honorary

  • RHA Programming Fund: $2,000.00
  • Residence Hall Programming: $155.00
  • Outside Programming Support: $1,500.00

Capital Improvement Fund
  • 2006-2007 Improvements: $751.50
