Rha changing roles,
Clarifying roles of positions
President – create agenda run meetings and have weekly/bi monthly meetings
Vice President – facilitate in presidents absence.
Treasurer – budget finance records, finance meetings, general council voting
Program coordinator – host three programs per term,
Public outreach cord, promotional
RHA rep. – attend RHA general council, bridge between RHA and complex guv.
Events and activities coordinator – acts as liaison between RHA hall guv, make sure everyone knows what’s going on.
Open forum –
Sign ups with personal student info cannot be displayed on the wall.
Brian – David Silva has resigned from his position of program coordinator. We have two weeks to find someone new. Lets take a week and look for new people.
Grant- stall talk, let’s do it! Weekly updates in toilet stalls on events and programs.
3rd floor event – Valentines decorating for 2nd floor. est. 20 people. requesting $20 for cookies. $10 from floor fund, $10 from hall guy.
Motion to vote on $10 for 3rd floor valentines decoration.
Art competition – set to take place at the beginning of next term. The goal is to have advertisements up before spring break so artsy folk can create in their free time.
RHA Dodgeball – 22nd this month, signs ups will be posted.
Sophomore experience hall in Barnhart is designed for upperclassmen. Sign up if you wanna be there next year!
